A Tweak to Country/Region Maps

A small tweak has been made to the individual country maps showing province/region finds.  You'll now see all the regions listed with your found regions first and your unfound regions after in a light gray.  Also, if a cache owner did not specify a region location when they created the cache, you'll see a count of how many "Unspecified" caches you've found in that country.
